Solid well-built hydraulic cylinder!
Bought this cylinder to replace the one in my boatlift. Don't know if its recommended for underwater use but it's working fine and I'm interested in seeing how long it lasts. The boatlift manufacturer charges 4 times as much for a cylinder that lasted 15 years.

Marginal to fair construction.
The cylinder seems to be of a good quality build but it did leak around the stationary end of the barrel. I could not use it as is and it was returned. I hope I just happened to get one that was defective.
