The dress fit perfectly, normal sizing. Shipping was right on track. Good quality dress. It had just enough sparkle and I was able to wear a razorback bra just fine with it, the straps stayed under the dress so that didn't require me to find an alternative.

I am in a Mardi Gras Krewe and had a roaring 20s social to attend as queen. I’m 6 months along in my 5th pregnancy, and this dress did the job. It wasn’t what I would have chosen had I not needed the stretch, but it worked overall. On my current body the fringe didn’t stay in place, it was in the way and fell awkwardly, but I don’t think that would be the case normally. The only other complaint is that the dress tightly has to go over your head. So, I would suggest putting it on before doing hair and makeup.

I bought this dress for a 1920s party and I love the design of the dress, but when I received it the chain around the neck line was broken in multiple places. I initiated a return, but was worried a replacement wouldn’t come in time so I placed another order for the same dress the next day. Both dresses came in quickly but my 2nd dress also came in with the same problem. The chain was broken in different places as well. Beside the chain issue, this is a great dress for the price!

This was a fun dress for a 1920's wedding I attended, that I also feel I can wear out to a club / dinner. It's super comfy since the dress underneath was stretchy and the fringe hid any of my squishy parts. I highly recommend!

This dress worked perfect for my flapper costume. Just to give an idea I am 5' 6 and between 169 to 174 pounds (varries) and I ordered a large. I wear about a size 12 also and the large would probably fit up to a size 13 maybe 14 depending on how you carry your weight. The extra large would probably be a better fit for 14 just to give an idea. I was nervous and did not know if it would fit too small or too big but it was perfect. Perfect length not too short but still short enough to show some leg and be sexy. The top straps are adjustable and it does have a side zipper although I didn't need it and left some wiggle room. I am bigger on the top so it was not least but I could see where that would be a concern if you were really petite up top. The dress had a little bit of a straightness to it. Still very flattering but I tied a scarf around my waist to give it more of a shape and I think it went with the costume better. The fringes and sequence go all the way around the backside which I also liked as some costumes I'be seen on here were plain in the back. A couple of the fringes did come off but it did not make any difference to the look of the dress. At the end of the day well worth the price And I could definitely wear it again. I'm not sure how it is for different sellers but this review is based on this seller as I do believe different companies make this dress possibly some made in China might have different sizing scales. This company was perfect and even shipped my dress two day shipping no cost to make sure I had it in time for the event.

Loved the loose fit that’s suitable for any body shape. The tassels made it sexy and fun to wear. Wore it to my sister’s 60th birthday 1920s theme party. Several persons loved the dress.

Super cute yet classy! Wore it to a Murder Mystery Weekend back in October of last year (yeah, I'm a little late with posting my review due to life and whatnot - ok, procrastination). Anyhow, I received many compliments on it. It fit well, and a little loosely - NOT frumpy baggy loosely, but the kind of loose that makes you breathe a sigh of relief, because you CAN, and because you can eat what you want and not walk around having to "suck it in" the entire time you're wearing it. The cool thing is, although it strongly evokes a period piece, I'm pretty sure I can pull it off as a general party dress (haven't tried this yet, but I think it'd work - and even if people notice it's a flapper dress, *shrug* who cares? It's gorgeous :) )The price was right too - really not expensive for either a costume, or as a general use dress - but even better if you wear it for both instances!Incidentally, I think the girl in the actual show was a bit put-off by the loveliness of my costume - you know, one of those "oh how lovely but I hate that your outfit looks better than mine" type of compliments - always a great sign ;)

Very nice for the cost.

Previous reviews say its to the knee but i am 5ft7 and it drops to about 4inches above my knee. Not a problem as I will wear it with black tights. Plenty of stretchiness with the inner part of the dress.

I ordered XL as normally a size 16 bust size, but body size 12 , and the dress fits without a bra. I am 5 foot tall and the dress is the correct length for me. It is a beautiful dress and the fringes hang and move well. I have purchased this dress for a fancy dress party in December and cannot wait to wear it.

Just received my dress. Not in very good condition as you can see all the tassels are odd lengths.

This is a lovely dress, well made and just as the picture shows. However, it does come up small. I am a UK size 16 and after reading the reviews I ordered the 18/20. It only just fits!
