USB C Hub Ethernet HDMI Adapter, 8-in-1-USB-C-Hub-HDMI-Audio-SD-Card Readers 87W PD Compatible for Samsung Dex/Nintendo and Type C /Thunderbolt3 Devices (Dark Grey)

I purchased this to simplify my cords when traveling - specifically for my Nintendo Switch. The important features for me were the HDMI out, USB-C charging, and the RJ-45 ethernet port. The first two parts worked great, and the device feels very well made.Unfortunately, the ethernet port does not work with the Nintendo Switch. This is not readily apparent from the product description; however, this fact is explicitly noted in the enclosed user guide. I'm going to return and keep on looking - if I only needed USB-C and HDMI, there are more portable devices available.

The media could not be loaded.  The small white light indicator reveals when an SD or MicroSD card is in. It's nice that the MicroSD slot clicks in and out (using your fingernail) to ensure it's safely inside. The USB-C doesn't take up much space (as you can see next to the charger). Most USB-C hubs don't have an ethernet port but this one does, which is good for people like me who rely on fast internet speeds in order to upload or download content. As you can see, it fits in my hand. It's bulkier than other hubs, but it has more functionality (and it's sturdy). The one I got matches my MacBook Gray Color.

One of the biggest selling point that sold me about this adapter compared to the others was the fact that it had an ethernet port. Though it's a small overlooked feature, I've found it very useful. All in all the docking station is quite light and small which makes it very convenient for traveling.Update: I tried to hook it up using the HDMI Port and it was not able to send the proper colors to the projector. Colors were inverted. Not a computer or HDMI problem, I think the converter was not strong enough

I love how lightweight my Mac is, but I needed most of the inputs on this dongle, and I have to say, it’s the perfect companion. Unlike some other products like it, you can use it with a hard shell case, and you can actually charge your MacBook a bit faster if you use the input on the dongle. It looks sharp, works well— so well, I bought one for my boyfriend too.

This dock is good but there are some things to know about it, if your going to use it for a Samsung phone you have to plug in a charger to make it work and the USB ports will not read flash drives. But other than those two things this dock Is totally great! The build quality is amazing and it does what it says it's going to.

I am very happy with my purchase. The size is not too big, so while travelling this is perfect. For me extra 2 USB ports are must and the SD card ports are very convinient if you would like to transfer your camera shots to your computer. The only downside for me is if it had the cloth wiring that would be really nice.

Plugged everything in and worked right out of the box. My HP laptop recognized the hub as did my monitor. Picture on 2nd monitor looks good. Hub gets a little warm, but not hot. I like that it has USB 3.0, it's lightweight and minimal! The hub is well build, solid and has some weight too it, so I assume it has quality parts inside.

Purchased this adapter in Feb 2020. Everything worked great the dozen or so times I've use it this year. Unfortunately now when I use it the connection goes in and out and won't stay stable unless you hold the cable a certain way. So it looks like the usb-c cable on it had gone bad. No warranty info on the listing so looks like I'm out of luck on this one.
