This sets my mouth fast. When it's dry this is what I reach for. Depending on the condition of my mouth, it can be enough. Other periods when it's dry I'll use Biotene gel and that lasts me 15 minutes. The problem is that it doesn't close right enough to carry or it needs a portable design. For me, I have to stick with the Biotene brand for the spray or gel. When the dry mouth is severe, and my mouth gets extremely dry I have found a new product that I can pouch on the gym and it helps to sleep with : Xylimelt tablets. On the worst days I've kept the Xylimelt in and had to refresh with Biotene spray. If it would stay in place or as long as it's swivel top, I wish there were a refill for people like me who have had to quit medication that was useful because this product and the others weren't available. Please note I have very bad dry mouth.

I was able to purchase the can of spray, great for on-the-go, and instant help for DRY MOUTH. My doctor was right no messy hands just spray and it lasts a long time.The best!

Works really well, not inexpensive.

Pros:It has a minty fresh flavor, which also freshens one’s breath for a moment or two.It does help with my dry mouth from Sjogren’s, which is where my body is trying its best to stop making the lubricants for my joints to include saliva for my mouth and my tears for my eyes.Cons:It only helps and is no where near a cure.It should be covered by our health insurance for those of us that have no choice but to use this spray daily a few times a day. It adds up quickly - just like the price of coffee at Starbucks does.

I have had severe dry mouth for a few years and have used all the standard products to help. I have used the Biotene Dry Mouth moisturizing gel but I find that this Biotene spray works much better.

This is not as good as a liquid mouthwash but I use it at night when I wake up with dry mouth and don't want to get out of bed to use the sink. It is the best at night!

This product works well for a dry mouth. The flavor is mild enough to not interfere with eating.
