They were extremely helpful, professional and communicative. Their products are OUTSTANDING--I love them all!! Even after the shower (Which was a REAL BLAST creating their own personal "scents"--and promising to wear it to the wedding!) -I didn't know that you could look up on the internet for the "recipe" for your favorite perfume. I got in touch with them again (They had just moved to bigger 'digs') and they were extremely helpful, once again. I told them I wanted to come work for them and be their NY connection! Lovely people, great product. Can't say enough good stuff.
