Our gym uses a Ring to Cage Chest Protector just like this one, so I knew the quality would be there! It gives me ample protection and support from my hard hitting clients! I have a medium build and this Protector fits me fine and is totally adjustable if any of my fellow Coaches want to use it!I added a two inch quick release buckle on the lower right hand side for ease of escape!
