This is a costume grade hat. The quality is not good enough for real world use. I bought it for use at a theme party so it works for me, but be careful if you need a true apparel accessory. Additionally, the hat was shipped in a box that was too short. Consequently, the hat arrived crushed. I am trying to reshape it and will update this review as necessary.
