Great quality! Great looking. Not costumey!
Soooo even though it was a bit pricey, I really expected this to be mostly a kids costume hat. I was wrrrroooonnngg! This is a really nice kid size pith helmet...very well made...no danger of accidental (or intentional) crushing by rambunctious (i.e. crazzzzyyyy) kiddos. It fits well, has a great strap and came with a bonus sweat band so the wee ones don't drip grody sweat bubbles down their faces and into their eyes, thus causing a melt down which then causes a mommy meltdown and potential day drinking. Love the look, the quality, and the extra care to details!

I wear this inside my beekeepers hat/veil to keep my bee hat from slipping down over my eyes. Works great. Plus it’s cute just to wear in the yard to keep sun off my face. I’m an adult, and usually wear a 6-ish hat size...small head.
