They took a proactive interest in researching the issue, resolving it, and taking care of their customer. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. Review: Very good snap caps - First of all they are made from one piece so it will not get progressively shorter over time like some other snap caps. Second the rubber pad seem to take better the stress of dry firing compared with the spring loaded snap caps. The finish on there snap caps is bright red so it is not confused with a real round. The durability of the finish is quite good. Some show signs of wear but still working fine. They seem to be a bit shorter and smaller in diameter but they do load and eject fine. So, yeah pretty good snap cap i wouldn't dry fire a gun without one of these. .If the pad falls out super-glue it back and continue.
