Absolutely adorable - not for summer wear though.
I got this for my 2.5 y/o goddaughter because she steals her godfather's driving caps every day so now she has her own.I'm happy that it's a little large so she can wear it more than 1 year.Slightly discouraged that it is quite thick and therefore won't be appropriate for wear when the weather gets warm. I would have gotten it anyway, I just wish the description shared that it was slightly insulated.

Buy it a little bigger
We bought this for our grandson who turned 2 7/16.It wouldn't fit his head so we're hoping they have a size bigger than the age 2-4 we purchased. The guality is nice.
