I use this to carry a Buck 110 on a 1 1/2" bullhide belt. I don't notice it. This is a quality sheath. I really like the side draw. I wear it on the left but no reason to think it cant be worn on the right as well. A bit pricey maybe.

Too wide or long for any jeans I own
Super well made, but too long too fir between any belt loops. I'm 6'2" wear 34 x 34 jeans and positioned on left so my right hand can easily grab knife, its in an odd place. I may try to trim it to fit but not killer out of the box.
