I am elderly and disabled, and I was considering one of those Life Alert things you wear around your neck so if I fell I could get help. My daughter explained that this Knok phone case would be a less expensive solution to my problem. If I need help I can use my cell phone to call for help instead of paying for an expensive system that has a push button locket around my neck. I like this because I can take pictures, and access my cell phone in an emergency all the time. It gives me my independence.

Good concept but the rope covers the microphone and the person on the other end can’t hear you.

I have trouble walking so need my hands free. Being able to have my phone like a necklace is very helpful to me. Recommend

Bought 3- for myself and my 2 daughters. Makes the phone handy at all times, and always camera ready. But can bang around during high activity and the phone is not easily able to be tucked in a pocket when the case/cord are on. Works best for a walk around town, going out at night.

I bought this for my senior mom to ensure that she has her mobile home with her at all times because she tends to misplace her phone.This has been very useful for her and after many months it still holds very well. There are lots of colors to choose from and we love the olive green that we got for her.

I purchased this product for my elderly mother who refused it without even trying it. I don't have the same size iPhone so I can't use it. When I tried to return it FREE AS ADVERTISED, I was told that I had to pay international shipping charged. FALSE ADVERTISING.

I am always so busy with my young children. It is great to know where my phone is at all times. The case and rope seem to be of good quality. I have been wearing it nonstop for two weeks now, it show no signs of wearing or issues like some of the other reviews had mentioned.

I sling my phone over my shoulder now when I’m around the house and need to refer to a recipe or listening to a podcast; or when I’m out riding my bike and don’t want to carry a bag. It’s secure and useful!

After 2.5 weeks of use, the rings bent. It was not easy to fix and started catching on things and tearing holes in my clothing when wearing it cross-body. Since I was no longer able to return this on Amazon, I contacted Knok Customer Service directly to ask if the case could be repaired.I was told by the Customer Service team that I should repair it with pliers and "to avoid sharp edges, you can place a piece of kitchen paper or gaffa tape between the pliers". This is a fairly ridiculous response. These items are most likely manufactured inexpensively and sold at high margin. Replacing an item or even asking for the faulty item to be sent back for them to repair would have been a more customer-centric response.What they are selling is poor quality and they clearly lack the professionalism and/or business sense to manage issues with their products.
