I like it. It helps me pick up small things and do light cleaning. I may still need a broom from time to time and it stops completely when I try to clean my short material bath mat, but other than that, it works. I hadn't tried mopping yet, because I nearly forgot it does. I was afraid it would stop working if I tried to pick up a puddle. There are no instructions on how that could be possibly fixed. All of the I structions are in another language.

I purchased this for light duty cleaning on hard surfaces (tile and hardwood) upstairs, so I needed this to work on human/pet hair and dust bunnies, (not heavier cleaning like dirt or food crumbs. This won't pick up hair or dust or any debris AT ALL. It just pushes hair and dust around. Although the handle was designed to pivot easily the chassis is flimsy that it just spins wildly around on the handle. The wheels are rough and clatter loudly, and I'm pretty sure they would scratch my floors. I should have saved my money and purchased a reputable brand.

Works but dies quick.

Dont know what's happening with Amazon delivery, but again item was late. Works very good, like the dusting pad, it helps alot.

Terrible vacuum, leaves everything behind

Works but cheaply made. Charger came apart on first day. Don’t see it lasting long.

This product works well for a quick sweep on my hardwood and the pad is great for sweeping up the cat hair. Agree with others that it does feel cheap. I haven’t seen scratches but the plastic wheels are loud and do worry me.

I am very impressed by this light weight stick vacuum. It’s head swivels very easily anyway & anywhere .The plastic used for the body is delicate, so it should be used very gently.I liked it very much.
