Excellent!
Took literally 5 minutes to install and was completely plug and play. Logo is nice and bright at night. I have an R58 and it fit perfectly.

Install takes 60 secs per door. No tools. Fun!
Install is less than 60 seconds per door. I got these to replace a similar set that only lasted a few months. Whatever makes the logo melted and didn’t project correctly on the ground. The bulbs get warm if you carelessly leave your door open, so I will need to avoid that. The fit is perfect and the image projected looks like the one on my friend’s $40k 2018 Mini. Mine is a Gen 1 2006 so it’s a cute and fun upgrade. No tools required. Just reach uout fingernail up under your door, pull the existing plastic light cover off, unplug it and plug the new one in. Then you replace the new plastic light cover. Presto, you instantly enjoy the logo projected on the ground when you open your door!

BEST Upgrade You Can Do For the MONEY!!!!!!
I installed these in my R56 2011 Cooper. This photo was taken at dusk and the sun was just setting but as you can see the lights are bright! Really adds a Aston Martin/Lotus type class to the car.I used a flat head screw driver, popped the one old out (maybe took 3 seconds), unplugging the old light took the most work because i was afraid I was gonna break the wires but i wiggled it back and forth and the old light connect unplugged. I plugged in the jumper wire that came with this light kit, and plugged it into my door's power port. Immediately the light came out and i noticed the projector beam has been pre-focued to the correct distance to the concrete. AMAZING. There is also a little leveler that lets you rorate the beam so you can align the image how ever you want it to spin. I popped it into the hole for hte old light and it fit snug like a latex glove. It felt more secure in the door hole then the OEM light. Really amazing. This is by far the best aftermarket upgrade you can do to your car for under $10.

Well made accessory at a bargain price
These lights install easily in the factory location. The projected image is bright in low light and darkness. The image clocking is adjustable by rotating the inner lens ring. The lamp unit itself is a metal chassis with a plastic lens and case. I wish the wiring connector had a positive lock, but the friction fit is tight enough to reasonably retain it. The comparable accessory OEM lamps from BMW retail for over $100. U.S., though I can’t imagine they are $100 better. At time of writing I’ve had these lamps installed for about 1 month, so I can’t speak to their durability.

Perfect for F56
I have an F56 Mini, and saw this recommended to me. From reading the reviews and tutorials, I decided it's worth the gamble as it seems too easy and cheap to be true. Turns out, this is TOTALLY worth it and it is literally plug and play. All you need is just a thin flat head screw driver to pop out the existing LED light from under the door. It's very intuitive on how to plug the electrical pins in, the existing wires in your car door have plenty of slack, so you don't have to fear ripping anything out when you have to apply some force to pop out the light from the door chassis. It's so easy that you do not need to read the broken English instruction manual. If it doesn't light up, flip the pins around. I fully recommend this to anyone who has a modern mini cooper, as it's compatible with much more than just the F56.

Became Blurred
These a great little lights and add a nice Ground Effect touch to your Mini, unfortunately mine got blurry after 11months, not sure why as it is one of the least used doors, regardless I’m now having to shell out for another set, sorry I tossed my factory lights now

Love these!
Really look great! I forgot I installed them until i opened my door one night and was wowed! Easy install, but just note, i had one plug that was really stuck on the old light-- had to use needle nosed pliers to remove-- and the wiring there is really, really thin and frail. So just be careful when removing your old lights-- take your time and don't yank anything! But new lights went in smooth and look fantastic!

Literally the best upgrade for little effort and money
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Literally the best upgrade for this price. Did this in less than 5 min and the result is phenomenal. All You need is a flat head screw driver to gently pry out the previous light. Be sure to be careful as the old light bulb will be hot. Slip in the new light into the slot and replace it under the car door. The led light is super bright and pretty clear. Highly recommend.
