Product is good but after sales is worst. They say installation is free but you have to par 3 rupees per kilometre for travel cost of service engineer

Costwise,energywise,lookwise is good. However, when it comes to main purpose i.e. Water heating it let completely down. Water does stay hot more than 2 min and 1 ltr, take 10-15 min to hot. Free installation is the headache. After calling many times get the geyser installed. Service is very poor.

Product was installed without any follow up and delay. Impressive service and no fuss product

Delivery done 2 days before the schedule date. Free installation become on Second day of delivery. Working fine now. Hot water comes within 2 minutes.But little issue with its packing. Packing was not up to mark as I experienced every time with Amazon. Luckily product was not damaged.

No after sales service. Installation boy used cheap hose pipes and leakage starts from first Month. After so many compliments... They responded and still no force in water even high level presure force in normal drainage. Water is not heating like it should be.. Waste of money..
