SPEED Multifunctional Running Shoe Clips
These have the potential to be a great item but unfortunately they miss the mark. They do not hold a charge very long which is a nuisance and I had planned on returning them for that reason. They also feel like they are pinching your foot through your shoe and are kinda heavy. The biggest drawback is they do not stay on your shoe either. I lost one the second time I used them and its also the one that didn't keep the charge. Backtracking over 6 miles in the dark was like looking for a needle in a haystack. With one gone, I cannot return them either. Save your money.

Love the little bright light.
Love this Little light on my shoe. Fits easy and stays on while running. You may have to slightly adjust the clip once in a while. Doesn't feel too tight on my heal and doesn't slip off, but my shoe size is a 7 women's. Very bright little light and l like that it's rechargeable. It saves so much on batteries. So far heavy rains does not stop this light, and it holds its charge well. But I only use it at most 1 1/2 hours so far. I know it can last way longer than that.

I must have sensitive feet or something but these did not work for me. so I did return them. otherwise for the very avid jogger they are a good thing.
