e-lyte Sugar Free Electrolyte for Hydration, Energy & Cramp Relief

Have been struggling with leg cramps and hand cramps. Using this has eliminated both within a few weeks of daily use and helped decrease muscle pain. . Highly recommend. Tastes very salty like most electrolytes. I add a dash of powdered drink flavoring to make it more palatable. No noticeable change in energy but the relief in muscle pain and cramps is worth the price in my opinion. Missed a few days and they cramps returned. Restarted and resolved quickly.

Excellent product. Really works . Only small amount needed to keep you hydrated all day .

I add this to all my water. It’s very hydrating with a mild taste. I appreciate that there are no fillers or additives, just natural electrolytes. It is a little pricey, however, it does last for a long time you don’t need much per serving. It dissolves completely, no graininess or thickness to the water.

Ok so these electrolytes are QUALITY y'all! They do such a great job with hydration and are so clean, and I love that I'm not spiking my blood sugar when I use them! I've noticed that I cramp so much less after working out, and I actually use them throughout the day in my water to help with my energy, focus, and overall health. The Reason for 4/5: ok, it says a capful per so much water, I would at least double the water because when I tell y'all I nearly spit it out the first time! It was SO salty (as it should be I guess) but I wasn't expecting it and I need to warn you - dilute it as much as you need to be able to use it!! I also added some lemon and other fruits to help mask the taste because even diluted I have a little bit of a hard time. I've gotten much more used to it but it was a shock at first, and definitely took some adjusting after using all the sugary electrolytes for so long!

I've only been using this a few weeks but I like it so far. There is a slight taste but it dissolves easily since it is liquid. I feel like it is effective in keeping me hydrated better. I noticed that one day I forgot and I felt pretty poor the next day. So I doubled up the next day and felt much better. So that is enough of an experiment for me to keep using it. It is odorless and very easy to use.

NO RETURNS I got mine in the mail and noticed that it had some white stuff inside sitting at the bottom of the bottle. At first glance I assumed it was plastic, being pregnant, I am not going to take any chances. I went to try and return it but found I was unable to, which granted is my fault, I could’ve check the return policy. So I went to the reviews to see if anyone else had gotten a bottle with this white plastic. I came across one review who said his had “crystallized due to heat exposure.” So now I’m thinking it’s not plastic but crystals? I do live in Arizona and with summer approaching this seems like the culprit. Just sucks because I feel like I can’t order another one for the same reason (summer approaching) without getting another bottle with the same issue. So if you live in a hotter climate, don’t order this until it cools off or else you’ll waste $30.

It tastes salty but that's expected with the ingredients right? Secondly, there are crystallised pieces at the bottom. I added to a higher volume of slightly warm water and it dissolved no problem. What's most important is the effect. I found it very hydrating and it helps with nausea when fasting. I'm happy with the clean ingredients/no sweeteners too. Can't vouch for the other uses yet. Price-wise it's in the middle of the options I saw. Ones that are bulked up with sweeteners etc are obviously cheaper. Ones with the highest amount of nutrients per serving are way more expensive though. So for the effect it gives me I would buy again.

Crystallizes a bit but it melts back in no problem. Works incredibly well, I don’t notice a taste at all and hydrates well for someone with Ehlers Danlos which is always low in electrolytes. I’ve changed my review. Will definitely buy again
