Can the stand be removed and placed on a dual moniter stand?

Yes. I ordered the adapter mentioned in previous answer. Its tight but wellllll worth having the dual monitors. The pedestal was 39.00-shocker!! Honest, Game Changer. Absolutely the very best if you are working remote/at home.

how much Hertz in this monitor?

Mine does 75 @ 1080, I have a GTX 1080 and I use Nvidia settings to create a custom profile and set it to 75Mhz, it will not do 75 in your normal monitor settings...

1 Review said that there was some light bleeding around the edge, have any other owners experienced this as well?

I recently purchased three of these monitors for my office. One of them was for me so that I can have duel screens. I do not notice any bleeding light along the edges, further I think the image quality is great. The other people that I also purchased the monitors for have not complained, in fact they think the are nice as well. I specifically asked if they noticed any goofiness along the bezel of the monitor and they have none.
