PLASTIC PACKAGING - NOT ACCEPTABLE
I HAVE 2 MAJOR CONCERNS/PROBLEMS WITH THIS PRODUCT. FIRSTLY, I AM SURPRISED TO SEE AN ORGANIC COMPANY, PACKAGING ORGANIC SEEDS, (WHICH ARE LOVELY) IN PLASTIC BAGS. IT IS A PROVEN, SCIENTIFIC FACT, THAT PLASTIC "LEACHES" INTO OUR FOOD AND WATER. THE SIDE EFFECTS OF PEOPLE INGESTING THESE CHEMICALS IS OF GRAVE CONCERN TO ME. I HAD STAGE 4 CANCER, AND THAT IS WHY I AM SO CONSCIOUS OF TRYING TO AVOID PLASTIC AT ALL COST. I HAVE PURCHASED OTHER ORGANIC PRODUCTS, THAT ARE PACKAGED IN PAPER BAGS. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT CHECKING THE PACKAGING WHEN I ORDERED - I ASSUMED IT WAS IN A PAPER BAG.SECONDLY, IT IS A HEIGHTENED TOPIC, GLOBALLY, THAT PLASTICS ARE REEKING HAVOC IN OUR OCEANS - KILLING MARINE LIFE AND CORAL REEF.I HOPE THAT REAL FOOD SOURCES, WILL RE-THINK THEIR PACKAGING, FOR OUR HEALTH, AND THE PLANETS HEALTH. IT IS EXPECTED EVEN MORE OF AN ORGANIC COMPANY, WHO ARE PROMOTING FOOD THAT IS ALLEGEDLY PRODUCED WITHOUT PESTICIDES AND CHEMICALS, YES?
