worked perfect
Other reviews said they had issues. I used mine to do deep drops with 90g jigs. I have a Daiwa BG 8000 filled with 600 yards of 40lb braid. I fly my jigs about 400 yards out to the 40 fathom ledge (ledge is close in Hawaii) and drop the jigs. Then the work begins with jigging from 400+ yards out. Lol. Not sure what the issues are that others are having. I have 4 batteries for my mavic. Each battery gets me about 3 drops worth of flight time. The release works for all 4 batteries with out recharging. Roughly 12 drops 400+ yards out. Works perfect for me.

Overload
This release seems to get overloaded easily and the drive mechanism will not function if even a small amount of weight is loaded into the unit. The battery also doesn't hold a charge for very long.

If your buying this for the Mavic Pro 2 it does not fit around the body and battery. Was very disappointed would have been fun to send thing to people with this Whole COVID can see anyone right now.
