Easy replacement
This was a straight replacement for one that had packed up after 10 years extracting steam from the. bathroom up into the loft and out via a roof vent. Nice quality and easy to install, the motor can be rotated within the mount to position the connections as you want them, not silent but not intrusive either, seems quite powerful and definitely a bargain for the money.

No steam BRILLIANT
Fitted this in our bathroom after a refurb, very quiet and clears the room of steam well. Well made and very easy to fit, has 4 wires tho so would need a competent person to wire upClear mirrors even after the kids have had 20 minutes in there, you wont be disappointed
