I was looking for an insole to put in one shoe as one of my legs was a bit shorter than the other. I didn't want one of those that filled up only half the bottom of the shoe for fear it would slip around. So I purchased the Bacophy product. It fit my shoe almost perfectly with me only having to trip about an eighth of an inch off the tip to fit the particular shoe. Very comfortable and I have no complaints. I will mention that some of the other reviews here say the insole moves around a little. Well, of course it does. But that is because your shoe is designed for a certain depth and this changes that so you would expect a little less ankle support. But it is very minimal and no issue at all when used in a boot or trekking shoe. I would, and likely will, purchase this product again. It would be nice if I could just buy one, for the left foot, but considering the reasonable cost that's not a problem.

Got these for my son. He says there comfortable and they last quite a few months . Probably 6 months for him. They fill the shoe nicely and are pretty easy to use.

Not very comfortable

I preferred a small 1" lift and so after comparing products and pricing I decided on these particular insoles.They arrived ontime and I found the fit surprisingly perfect match to my boot. But after installing and walking around a bit, the comfort level was extraordinary. After now walking and daily use I ordered 4 more pairs for my other shoes and boots. Very happy, Thank you very much!

Good value and relatively dense material. I have a leg length discrepancy so I only will use one 25 mm insert. I wish you could buy singles. Seems a touch squishy for working out/squats/running, but great for casual & work shoes. My only complaint is that the heel width at the base (bottom) of the insert is a touch narrower than my shoes. This gives an ever so slight sense that my weight is not centered on the insert, and that there may be a tendency to wobble to the outside. I currently have the insert in a pair of over-the-ankle Chuka boots, so I am not worried about rolling an ankle. Because of the price, I will likely purchase more pairs. I hope the manufacturer will consider slightly widening the base to fit snugger within the shoe. For reference purposes, I put the insert underneath the removable insole in my shoe. Of course, you'll need to increase your shoe size by 0.5 to 1.0 size to accommodate the insert. All-in-all, I am very pleased.
