This item is poorly designed. I was going to return it but a picture is worth more than words. As you can see by the pics the inside of the ear warmers is plastic that slides but doesn’t stay in place. What is most annoying is within the ear piece housing the adjuster protrudes and there is nothing to protect your ear from it pressing against you except the soft material covering it. Why is there and adjuster in the ear piece? I recommend they improve the design to have something to protect your ear from pressing against the hard plastic. Sad thing is it doesn’t stay in place once adjusted. My head is on the small size and by the time I had it adjusted firmly there was still a gap between the strap and the back of my head ready to fill up with snow. If I stood still they might stay on and in place but not if you move much. Item might work for larger heads or a full head of hair. Materials are nice and soft and well sewn but would not recommend.

I have given these ear muffs 4 stars because they would be very nice ear muffs for a child but they do not expand for an adult as advertised. The covering is non-stretch black leather so there is no way for the muffs to expand no matter how hard you pull both ends. I was disappointed but my grandson is enjoying them.

I purchased this product because it’s supposedly “adjustable”, so my son could use them. They are adjustable to a sense, but don’t stay at that size and spring back to almost full-size. I purchased them for that reason and can return them for only partial credit. I feel like I was taken advantage of and now stuck with an inferior product.

Ive had these for 2 weeks now. All week these guys are subjected to being folded and shoved into a backpack full of books! They keep their shape. Their very warm. I love how they dont go ovee the crown of your head. Their so soft, their not overly tight (at least for me) there are even considerate dips in each muff so its not a flat fuzzy surface squishing your ears! Their curved! Soo good! I love in MN and its negative temperatures do not break through these ear muffs very warm. Good to wear it over a layer for extra warmth a wear a thinner beanie and the ear muffs make a perfect touch! It covers the whole ear without sticking out or being huge and bulky!

I just got these earmuffs and they seem very warm. The material is of high quality and they keep me warm in the winter. However, I am having problems with extending them.The seller advertises these as extendable, however, they do not seem to be very extendable. One way I can find is to extend them in the air, and then put them on. However, there is no strap or anything to make them larger or smaller depending on the size of your head.Due to my difficulty with modifying the size of these earmuffs, I have decided to knock down a star. However, besides this, they are great and I recommend purchasing this for those with a smaller head.

The muff came in quickly and was fairly easy for my husband to put on ( he lost an arm last year ). He liked the one piece and every- thing was contained, the only thing was the inside that goes around the ear wasn't big enough and is a little annoying (this is why I only gave them 4 stars) but, other than that they are well made and make a "Big" difference on his daily walk around 54 acres with our dog.

These are great -- tight enough to do some good against our South Dakota winds, but comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time if necessary. I purchased two pair, so I should be good for a year or two now!

They are warm but they do not fit well, they are not snug on the back of my head so they slip off my ears and catch on my coat collar. I'm disappointed but it's a fit issue only. They seem warm and decent quality. I'll be giving mine away.
