Honestly I was a little skeptical of this item, not this brand, but the product as a whole. I was curious, since I seen videos and photos of similar products over the years. I ended up purchasing this on Prime Day, and well I’m now a believer.As of writing this I’m on day 3, having worn it parts of the day. Personally I have terrible posture. I slouch standing, I slouch sitting…I’m always told to stand up straight or sit back etc etc. I’m not exaggerating on my posture because it does create discomfort. I saw so many of the same product of this posture corrector, I was overwhelmed which to actually purchase before ultimately going with this brand .It’s pretty straightforward with instructions and gives clear tips on how to adjust and wear. I’m average build, I wouldn’t say flexible but enough to get the corrector without too much struggle. It’s like putting on a kids backpack tho once on it’s fine. Again the instructions is clear on how to wear and how to adjust the straps. For me personally I felt my posture straighten out right away. I could even see the difference upon looking at myself in the mirror, so much so I took it off right away to see how much of a difference there was. It was pretty incredible, it’s the feeling of pushing your shoulders back all while pushing forward on your upper back/neck area. My apologies hard to explain it.I’m sure results will vary, if you don’t really have much of a slouch, I doubt you’ll see the drastic difference of posture like mine. The strap corrector is lightweight and the material seems breathable. I’m the instructions you may experience discomfort especially at your underarm area. That is true. It’s tight and all rub a bit. I suggest wearing a shirt that you wouldn’t mind the fabric piles up or one thicker to “pad” the underarm area. It also mentions wearing it in short durations (15mins or what your comfortable with). Also adjusting and tightening the corrector over time till your posture improves. It’s not an over night fix . I’d guess it will take sometime it’ll I see improvements on my posture where I will not need to wear the corrector. But with that said I can confidently say it helps me straighten out my slouching issues and relieves some back pain issues that’s for sure. Low profile however have not worn it under a shirt yet.I’m happy with this purchase and will likely get updates on this review as I continue to wear.

It's 2025 and it lacks basic features other slave harness have. No real-time vital tracking and sorely lacks the ability to administer electrical shock brief or sustained. You could atleast provide the functionality apple's does by allowing a sedative to be administers into the subjects blood stream. Vastly inferior to other slave harnesses available on the market cannot in good conscious recommend to other proprietors of human beings.

This product is good, I don't use it every day but it can be adjusted to any size and helps me to bring my shoulders back. I think if I used it consistently, it would work better. I work from home and wear it but it can get a little uncomfortable so sometimes I take it off. It helps me be more mindful of sitting up straight though.

While posture correcting also requires corrective exercises to regain strength and mobility through a full range of motion, this device serves as a good tool to use in conjunction with a rehabilitation program. It helps rebuild the mind/muscle connection to set your neck, back, and shoulders into the proper, healthy position while offering comfort and support. While implementing PT exercises 2-3 times a week and wearing this device a few hours a day, pain has been reduced while increasing strength and mobility. I recommend as a supplement to a committed PT regimen.

I like that this brace is small yet really does the trick to help you hold your shoulders back and stand and sit more correctly. Other braces I have tried have been to bulky and hard to put on. This is easy with the adjustable straps. It you want it more loose or more tight, its quick to fix. I have headaches frequently because I am looking down at the computer or my desk working with my hands. It starts out feeling uncomfortable, but that is because of bad posture. You wear it for short stints and you break yourself in...like new shoes. It makes your neck and back feel so much better because you are training your muscles to be where they should be. It helps your muscles learn to keep your head erect rather than hanging over like a bowling ball and putting all that strain on your neck. I have tried others and felt like I was in a straight jacket. This one is way more comfortable so I will actually wear it!! It has small perferations in it so it breaths as well. I would not hesitate to purchase it again!

If your chest and shoulders are smaller than men's L or XL, this product can be great for you. However....I bought this exact same brace from the same brand name back in 2019. I was highly satisfied with the posture improvements. I reordered now because the old one's Velcro strips have worn out over the years. That's fair. That's what Velcro does.So I got a new one. Sadly, they come with straps that are 4 or 5 inches shorter than the original. They added Velcro extension strips but those still does make the straps as long as the originals and - worse - they hit me right at my underarms. That is super uncomfortable from the first moment.If your shoulders/chest are smaller than my men's L/XL, this brace type is the best from my experience because it really forces your shoulders back when you tighten them correctly. It takes getting used to and the discomfort is worth the posture improvement. The other elastic band braces do a very mild job compared to this non-elastic brace. No pain, no gain.But if you're my L/XL size, sorry. The shorter straps than the original ruined it.
