Organic Kelp 100 Capsules (Wilde Herbs)

After reading this book, Eat Right 4 Your Type by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, I decided to put the knowledge and wisdom to the test. I have been gluten free for 1 1/2 years. First I reduced the carb intake to 20%. I felt weak; I apparently need the carbs because I run 4 to 5 days a week (3-5 miles a day). At the same time, I ordered this Organic Kelp to see if I have a hypothyroidism.For the first test, I increased my carb intake to 40% but cut down on any corns. Brown Rice is now the staple. As a result, I now can complete my runs without any problems. For the second test; after taking this Kelp capsule one a day for 2 weeks, I no longer feel hungry throughout the day. I also feel a lot calmer and sleep better.The only drawback is this capsule has the sea weed smell. I try not to breathe when consuming it and drain it down with a glass of water.

Great quality product. Really helps balance thyroid hormones.
