**Q: Is there a soft cover for the keys so it doesn’t scratch the ipad?  
Is there a lock so it doesn’t accidentally swivel when closed?**
A: I just purchased the type case, there is no soft cover for the keyboard but there is space between the keyboard and iPad screen so they do not touch. There is no lock so it can swivel when closed but I haven't had this problem so far. I do like this case because I can use it in iPad mode by folding it or use it in notepad mode with the keyboard and touchpad.

**Q: How do you turn off the auto-sleep function of the keyboard?**
A: Tap Settings and General. Locate Auto-Lock to see its current setting and tap it open.
Use Auto-Lock to set a sleep timer on an iPad.
Tap a time to set as the new Auto-Lock default. Note that you can't set a time that is less than two minutes.

**Q: Will this keyboard work with apple pencil or bluetooth mouse connected to ipad?**
A: Yes, there is a holder attached to the case for an Apple Pencil and the Bluetooth mouse will connect directly to the iPad as well.

**Q: Love this case except every time I turn it on the backlight shuffles through all of the colors. Is there a way to turn this off so that it stays at 1**
A: Yes click on the back light multiple times. Only one mode keeps changing its colors. The other modes are usually solid pink, blue, green, etc.
