2 Machines ordered - both with one leg that will not snap into place
We were really excited to get our new pitching machine & start using it. We ordered it with the softball legs & when we went to snap the legs into place, there is one leg where the holes did not line up with the pins. The leg is not the problem, because you can move that leg to any of the other spots & it will install properly. None of the 3 legs will fit onto this spot. So we returned that machine & I ordered a replacement. When I went to put the legs on last night, it is the same issue. Clearly there is a bad batch of machines that have not been manufactured properly & now I'm afraid to order another. The closet UPS facility is in another town so this is a big hassle. Not to mention that we have been super excited to use it each weekend and cannot. I emailed the company last night & haven't heard back.
