Saffron is great
I started taking this combo about three weeks ago with the expected results. They had taken a few days before they worked and continued to curb my hunger a bit and kept me regular.About two weeks in, I began itching on and off but nothing major. At first I did not connect it to these supplements until the itching got worse and started tracking when it happening. Sure enough, I would start itching after taking the detox pills and knew that was the culprit.I stopped taking the detox portion and within a few days the itching stopped. I do not know which of the many ingredients caused the reaction but it was obvious it culprit. Since my allergic reaction with the detox portion causes me to mark it down but since it worked before the reaction and the saffron is still working I only reduced it one star. Gentle and effective
I have taken detox supplements whenever I feel sluggish or just not up to par. The Cleanse + Detox multi-action formula seems to work very well for me. The formula works in a gentle manner and no unpleasant side effects have been experienced. I'd never taken Saffron as an appetite control supplement and was very curious to see if it really worked. The dosage is one capsule twice daily so I take one in the morning and one during the early afternoon....about eight hours apart. They do help suppress the craving to snack and I really don't feel all that hungry when it is time to eat a proper meal. I would say that the full effect of the Saffron lasts about 6 hours but still has an appetite suppressant effect for a couple of hours more. The label suggests benefits for many other things so this might be a broad spectrum supplement. I did receive these at a promotional rate in exchange for my honest review.
