Every one I have tried has been great. The Rugged Armor case is no exception.Spigen is pretty specific on their site as to which cases will work with what phones. The Rugged Armor is listed as working on the iPhone 6S Plus only. I have it on my iPhone 6 Plus with no issues.This is not meant to be a full armor case even though it may look like it. It is meant to offer adequate protection against daily use and moderate falls. It is a one piece case made of a firm, but flexible TPU material. It is slim on the edges but offers more cushion on the corners. Which is where the phone is most likely to hit when it drops.The look and feel of this case are what is most appealing to me. It gives the otherwise smooth and elegant look of the iPhone a very industrial and edgy look. The sides are flat with flat bevels that go towards the front and back. The corners are edged instead of rounded. The back has carbon fiber accents top and bottom and there are mock screws and mock metal frame molded into the case.The case adds very little bulk to the iPhone. The TPU material is grippy without being tacky. It is very easy and comfortable to grip and hold thanks to the material and the flat edges. No worries about it slipping out of your hand. There is a raised lip on the front to protect the screen when laying face down.All openings are spot on. The case fits snug at the corners. It is a little lose on the sides but not to the point where it leaves any gaps. You can move it from the sides if you play with it. But there would be no issues with the case coming off under any circumstances.Button covers stick out slightly making it very easy to hit them without feeling around. And the button covers are firm enough to not have accidental bumps.All in all this is a great case for your iPhone 6 Plus/6S Plus if you are looking for adequate protection and want to stand out in a crowd of smooth and rounded phones. It is very inexpensive and thus far it has protected my iPhone 6s Plus several times which is the primary reason for me to use it. I have dropped my phone many times and all sorts of surfaces, include face down but luckily no dings, dents, scratches or shatters yet :)My latest drop was in the parking lot the phone slipped out of my hand as I was closing the door of my SUV so it dropped from the 3 to 3 1/2 feet height and feel face down, and the phone survived, the edges are slightly raised which help with facedown falls and the corners have air pockets to prevent dings on the corners. I wish I had for my iPad mini, which got dinged pretty badly even when it was in hard shell cases and dropped only from 2flt on hardwood floor.Update : 7/11/17After almost 18 months I am still using it. During this time I have dropped my phone on all sorts of surfaces and from different heights (though not higher than 5ft) and there have been zero damage to the phone or case! I purchased for the iPhone 6S plus. It does fit the iPhone 6S plus as expected. There's a small card inside the packaging showing that you've purchased an authentic Spigen case.The case is thin and doesn't add any weight to the iPhone 6S plus. If you've previously used one of the Otterbox cases prior to this, then you'll find that this is much thinner and lightweight. The material that the case is made of makes the iPhone 6S Plus easy to grip and hold without it slipping out of your hands. The case is raised along the edges so that if the phone was placed face down that it wouldn't be directly on the display.I've ordered Spigen cases before. Previously, I've ordered the Spigen tough Arnous series.
