Helped my grandmother walk again
My grandmother went to the hospital with knee pain, diagnosed with Osteo Arthritis and a week later is walking the same as before she started hurting in the knees.

I purchased the product for my young adult daughter that play college soccer. She had knee surgery and is on anti-inflammatory so I preferred she try a natural product and keep the RX to a minimum and eventually eliminate. I will get with her in August when we move her back in the dorms, after speaking with her and her trainer I will be happy to update my review.

Tastes bad.
It may be effective but it tastes terrible, so it can't go into my green drink in the morning. This is one supplement where you either have to swallow the pill, or hold your nose while you take the powder. Because I hate the taste I am skipping this one right now. I would use this all the time if it came in really small pills.

Taken, as directed, this anti-inflammatory has dramatically reduced inflammation and joint painwithout any side effects. But, it is important to take the recommended dose for your weight,and repeat the dose every 4-6 hours, or as needed. I have been taking it for nearly 3 years andhave been able to dramatically reduce my need for pain killers, such as Aleve.

I have found this to be effective in dealing with neuropathy and degenerative disk disease. It is not harsh and causes no side effects. I am not able to tolerate pain relievers. I take two in the morning and two at bedtime. It has definitely been beneficial. Paractin Anti-Inflammatory

It works
Wasn't sure it was doing much good until I ran out - then my knee pain flared up again. Ordered again, and pain was much relieved. Like this product and take it with Hyaluronic acid.

Not impressed
I took the given amounts and felt nothing. No difference in any pains or discomfort that I had been having before, during, or after the bottle was finished. I decided to give these a shot but would not recommend them to anyone after my experience. They are not cheap and if you need to take multiple bottles to see any effect then this is not for me. Probably worth a shot for most people but I was unlucky to not see any results.
