Do NOT use fluff love university for a wash routine. They use triple the amount of detergent you really need which causes detergent build up and leads to ammonia in your diapers that gives baby terrible chemical rashes. **Q: Are they 6 diapers with the inserts inside plus an additional 6 inserts?** A: No, 6 pocket diapers and 6 inserts **Q: Can disposable inserts be used in these?** A: Well, not inside the pocket. I use the inserts on top of the diaper, so the insert is what touches the baby’s skin. I started using the bamboo lining which works very well.
