Expensive but it works
I need a brace to support my knee for tennis after a meniscus tear. My old brace was made out of a material that didn’t breathe well and was a bit bulky. This fits the bill. It helps to limit rotation and stabilize lateral movements. It stays up but is not too tight. It breathes better and dries more quickly than my last brace. I have handwashed it once and it looks fine. I highly suggest you measure your leg and not just guess on the sizing. My calf and thigh measurements did not match up in the size chart and I contacted the manufacturer for sizing advice. (Also, I have seen ATP pros wearing this brace!)

great meniscus support
i have torn both right knee and left knee menisci a total of 4 times. i am in my 20s and have had 2 surgeries within the past year. these have saved my walking and everyday functionality. they fit well according to the size guide, and arrived new and in excellent condition. medial and lateral meniscus support are sturdy, but not uncomfortable. patellar stabilization almost has a massage effect with the pressure points that it hits. for someone with HUGE knee pain, these are great!

Recommend it
surprising very breathable, not like the other knee braces that feel bulky on the knee for everyday activities, it also doesn't slip, sizing is accurate, very flexible would recommend

Excellent Support and Quality – Just One Small Flaw
I’ve been using the Bauerfeind GenuTrain knee brace for a few months now, and overall, I’m very impressed. The build quality is top-notch—it feels durable, well-constructed, and far superior to cheaper braces I’ve tried. The fabric is breathable yet supportive, and the compression it provides has really helped with my knee stability during workouts and long walks.Considering the premium materials and medical-grade support, I actually think the price is fair. It’s an investment, but one that pays off in comfort and function, especially if you’re dealing with chronic knee issues or recovering from an injury. That said, the only drawback I’ve experienced is that it does slip down occasionally, especially during more active movement. For a brace in this price range, I would love to see Bauerfeind come up with a better anti-slip solution—maybe silicone grips or adjustable straps.Still, despite that one issue, I’d absolutely recommend it. It’s one of the best braces I’ve used, and I feel much more confident and supported when I have it on. With a small design tweak, it would be perfect.

My husband wants a 2nd pair to rotate.
This compression sleeve helps my husband to play without pain from effusion. Works great! His only complaint is that the sleeve does tend to move down his leg. It's mostly because he las large quads. He washes the compression in warm soapy water then lets it air dry in the sun. He loves them so much he wants a 2nd pair and wants the outdoor version with merino wool. Awesome product!

My New Best Friend
At 53, I had a big fall and injured one of my knees for the first time. I started with an Incrediwear brand sleeve for the first three weeks until I decided to try this one. This one is hands down better in comfort, compression, and actual pain relief. It was definitely worth the $100, I only wish I wouldn’t have wasted the first three weeks of my recovery wearing the first brand. If you have a legit knee problem, save money and aggravation by buying the best one first.💯

Good, Not Great
Runs small and too light weight to offer enough stability. Bought one of these, beige color, size four. I also have had a size four black one that I purchased about a year and a half ago. Both are the new version, lighter material. Both do the job. The beige material feels slightly different from the black one, a bit lighter and not as stable, although both are the new versions. It doesn't slip, but needs to be tighter and give more stability. I bought both of them slightly larger than what the measurements call for. On my leg, the measurements called for a size 3 or 3C. I have had those sizes in the past and they were too tight. Size four is best for me. They are an improvement over the old versions, which were about 20 percent heavier and perhaps a slightly different material, but both were good. I have a previously injured right knee. I wear these when I go out, but not around the house. They are good walking around shopping, going up and down stairs and the like. Lasts for a couple years if you have a couple of them. I now have one of each color. Doesn't irritate my skin as do some other products and doesn't feel hot. Doesn't slip down my leg. I like the mesh, knit stretch material. It's comfortable. A little pricey. Easily washable. Will probably last about two years. Guaranteed for a year. The gel and other features around the knee cap makes sense. The brace is not going to slow down arthritis, but will supposedly lessen the pain and add stability while walking and putting weight on the knee. I would recommend that for most people to get a half size up, as they seem to run slightly small or tight. They can be worn under pants without bulging. But where I live, I usually wear shorts. The beige color will blend in with your skin color and the other two colors look good with shorts. I don't recommend the beige because it is lighter material than the other two colors, black and titanium, and thus doesn't help as much.
