Luggage Strap – Adjustable Travel Bag Bungee – Luggage Handle Wrap

Seemed like a great idea, and even though I did see one reviewer comment that his older relative had trouble with it, I went ahead and ordered this luggage strap. When it got here, I found that I also had difficulty using it. The strap itself doesn't "give" much (a good thing, really) but it also barely wrapped around my empty underseat luggage. The hook and loop is very strong and I found it challenging to pull apart.lWhen the day of my flight came, my friend grabbed both pieces of luggage and wheeled them out to his car. He dropped me off (with me telling him I could handle everything by myself there) and I attempted to put the small bag on top of the large one. I could not get the strap around the now-loaded bag and after several tries, I gave up and just pulled both pieces of luggage, checking in the large bag and taking the small bag with me. I'll be returning this item, with regret that it didn't work for me as I'd hoped.I am 73 and have some back issues, I think younger people might not have the same difficulties I had with it. I'm giving it four stars but with the disclaimer that anyone with arthritic hands or general limitations might want to find some other system.

Simple concept that anyone who travels can use. Holds your purse, smaller bag on top of larger, pillow, & everything in between on top of your luggage. Only thing I wouldn't use it to secure is food & kids. Think of it as a rubber band for your luggage. You can put it on large baggage or small, make it looser or tighter, put it horizontal or vertical, have it hold one item or many, & it's all there within easy reach. Simply pull the velcro apart for easy access to whatever you need whenever you need it, secure the velcro & you're ready to go again. It's made of neoprene material that is virtually weightless & takes up almost no space. Easily will fit into the fullest of bags. If you only use it to get your items to the ticket counter you'll recognize how much this little things simplifies your trip. When you're at baggage claim & get to use it again you'll realize this is your favorite travel accessory. Yep, It's that wonderful. I LOVE it.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. This is so easy to use I couldn't believe it. Saved my neck and shoulders and made this last trip to Europe ten times easier. I didn't worry about carrying too much and didn't worry about theft or losing anything that I usually carry on. This is a travel changer and is very easy to put on and take off. I cant tell you how much this changed things for me for such an inexpensive little thing. Held carry on soft bag, purse and travel pillow close and tight to my wheely or suitcase. You wont regret it! It is not hard to put on or take off at all, yet holds securely with Velcro. Even putting it on wrong it works fine.

Tested this recently on a trip requiring airport, to train, to rainy street and up and down hills. This worked better than any travel in the last year. Bought a second for DH when I got home, and my friend who helped with my luggage bought one for himself as well. I did not have difficulty getting the wrap on and off, though it is plenty strong enough to hold its intended nice and snug. I appreciate the design because it will accommodate bags needing to be wrapped from either direction.

Bought this to keep my wheeled computer bag on top of my carry on luggage so I only have to wheel one unit. I wrap this horizontally to keep the case from rolling off the top of my luggage and I still have to use other bungee wraps to keep my luggage from moving around. For $32, I expected more. I have used it for two weeks and the ends are fraying already. It’s a neoprene like material with velcro to wrap it closed. I should have just bought all bungees to wrap horizontally and vertically and I would have saved $25 bucks.

I like to use carry-on only and always struggle with the backpack I carry along with the luggage. I use the backpack for electronics and things I want while on the flight so it gets heavy quickly. This is the perfect solution! The sleeves that go over your luggage handle can go vertical or horizontal so one way or another it will work for any item. The Velcro that attaches it around your item is VERY strong. The perfect solution to not have to carry anything in your hands! Hook it to luggage with four wheels and you can rest easy at the airport!

After returning from 11 days in Japan, using only carry on luggage, I found that the Demi Hugger far exceeded my expectations. This was the first time--ever--I did not have my 2nd carry-on bag fall off the wheeled luggage, with me yelling in frustration. It securely held my bag with no worries of tipping the luggage, or bags falling off.. The only issue I had was getting the Velcro sides stuck togther! It is easy to remove once on a plane, train, or car. A wonderful gift for any traveler!Marta

Demi Hugger Travel Strap,Black A few months ago, I purchased two Demi Hugger Travel Straps as gifts for family members. Recently, I borrowed one for an international trip, and I was blown away! The design is very simple, and the straps are wide enough and flexible enough to secure purses, bags, small carryons, or other items to the handles of a suitcase. I used it to hold a backpack on top of my suitcase, and it stayed on securely as I traveled through several airports. It's easy to affix and remove, and can be folded to take up very little space.
