Pretty, large, but not waterproof.
This tent looks great when setup, and can be done by one person in about 30 minutes. This tent is not waterproof. The fabric leaks water in places. I don't mean there's a deluge of water coming in, but the water beads up around the untreated areas and then flows down the inside until it hits an fold or seam and drips to the floor. The instructions are not complete and are written in broken English and Chinese with some pictures that are not always helpful. Be sure to use the clips along the zippers to make those holes smaller. Also, be sure to make sure the zipper is covered by the flap all the way around the tent, especially at the back. The pole in front that holds up the doorway was incomplete and asked for a "nail." The pole should have had a metal dowel sticking out of it that goes into the hole above the doorway. The hole above the doorway is also a bad design and will leak when there is any rain. I wish I could return this, but it didn't rain until 1 day past the return date.

Don't believe for a second that this is waterproof, despite what they tell you!
When I purchase a product marketed as waterproof, I fully expect it to be waterproof. That is not the case with this tent. I purchased this for the sole purpose of taking a camping trip for my 30th birthday. I knew there would be rain because it always seems to rain when I plan a camping trip, but I didn't worry because this tent is waterproof right? WRONG! While the canvass itself did not leak (didn't test the wicking effect though) EVERY SINGLE seam leaked, causing water to drip all around the tent, in multiple locations along each seam. Within seconds all of our bedding was soaked, and pools of water started accumulating around the outer ring of the inside of the tent. If we had not been nearby, the leaking water would have destroyed thousands of dollars worth of camera equipment and various other electronics. We had to spend the next 2 days with wet bedding, and standing water in the tent. Thanks for ruining my 30th birthday!

Heavy duty tent great for high winds and shade from direct sunlight! Raise the sides for a picnic!
The media could not be loaded. The Dream House Outdoor Luxury Bell Tent is a heavy duty with it's steel pipes and thick canvas. This tent is perfect for camping in high winds! In my video you can see the camera shaking at times, but the tent never budges and it was quite windy outside. I was able to setup the tent completely without help in about 45 minutes, since it was my first time. The carrying case is quite heavy with all it's contents inside, so you may need help. The instructions are photographs and the step-by-step is a little broken English. I hope my video can help you if you have a setup question. On a side note, I have a tip for you. Do not hammer in all your stakes until you are completely setup with the zippers closed. I had to pull up some ground cover stakes to adjust as the zipper closes. Once the zippers are all sealed you may need to retighten the corner guide wires that surround the tent. The canvas is water-resistant, but you can purchase products to seal the canvas completely. If you decide to do this make sure you are not camping in a warm climate. Sealing off the canvas creates less breathability and the inside will become hot. The tent's canvas holds the water out through a light rain, but you will get wet in a down-pour.My husband is a biologist and wants to use this camping in pine forest where there is a lot of sunlight. The tent we have does not give a lot of shade, because it is made from a light-weight material. This heavy canvas makes perfect, cool shade! In fact, our favorite part is having the ability to raise all the sides! By raising the sides you have a large umbrella around you. This tent is perfect for the beach, a picnic at the park, camping in sunny woods and even to have a spot for the kids to play while staying cool. I highly recommend this tent! This tent was purchased at a discount in return for this honest and unbiased review.
