Sauna Suit for Women Weight Loss Gym Workout Exercise Fitness Sweat Suits

I wore this suit today (12/26/22) for the 1st time. It took 15 minutes for me to start sweating. Once I was done with my workout, the sweat cooled down and made me feel a bit cool. It is very comfortable and has a lot of stretch, doesn’t look like a trash bag so that’s a plus. As for durability, I don’t know but I think I can at least get 1 year use out of it. I didn’t like that the pants aren’t fitted to the ankle so sweat runs down into shoes so I added rubber bands to the bottom. I machine washed them on quick wash with minimal detergent and with cold water and hung them outside to air dry. Definitely worth the money!!I am 193lbs/88kg, 5ft 2in/157.5cm and got a 2x. The top fits a little bit snug for my liking but if I would’ve gone up to a 3x, it would’ve been way too big so I just wear a loose shirt over the top to give me the modest fit I prefer.

I’m about 5’3” 150lbs and the small fits perfect.. I’m Muscular and I got it for my body building prep. It does the job, sturdy, and comfortable. I put it in a bra bag to wash it and it worked great. Just don’t put it in the dryer.

I purchased this suit a little over a month ago and have worn it at least 3 times per week.Durability: The care instructions say to wash it after each use which I have mostly done and so far so good. I was worried that by washing it so much, the material would break but it didn’t. The suit is still intact and still helps with sweat production.Comfort: I wear this when I do weightlifting and cardio, usually about 90 minutes to 2 hours each wear. It is comfortable regardless of the exercise I am performing.Value: For $42, the product is great. It certainly increases sweat production. I always feel so accomplished after my workout because when I take it off, I’m drenched in sweat.Fit: it fits as expected. I went according to the size chart provided which helped tremendously.

I read the reviews and ordered a size up and I’m glad I did. I’m 5’3” 135lbs and usually wear a medium (8-10). I ordered a large and the shirt fit is loose athletic, but I wouldn’t want it smaller by any means as it would feel too tight. I was worried about the pants as the waist looked tiny, but they do fit. They actually fit perfectly. So I would say the large fits like a size 10 pants. They are not meant to be leggings so to me, the large is a good fit for what I would expect a medium to be.

5’4” 150 ibs and I ordered a large. WOW I felt sweat dripping everywhere. I’ve been wearing my old sweat shaper shirt for a year and I’ve never got these kind of results. This shirt makes you SWEAT. Wish they had a white color!

This is the perfect addition to any walk, workout or general attempt at producing a sweat.Quality: I was hesitant about the fabric and quality with expectations of returning it... it is great quality. Fabric is interesting and you may smell a prophylactic smell upon first use but stick with it. Stitching is quality, elastic bands and drawstring are done well. In my opinion well worth the price tag and much nicer to use than Saran wrapping yourself. Compared to the big baggy suits out there, this is one you can go to the grocery store in and noone would know its not just a cute sweatsuit.Fit: I am 5'4, 140 (yes 10lbs of Covid, silent tears) and desperate to regain my work out ... I bought a large top/bottom because of the reviews. It fits me perfectly. Not too tight like leggings and not too loose like a hefty garbage bag. Just enough room to feel comfortable. If I were any taller the suit would most likely be too small. PANT - leg comes to my sneakers with a tiny break, is high-waist with a drawstring and elastic waistband.TOP - the neckline is nice, keeps heat in and is loose enough like a t-shirt and the arms come down to my wrists. Because of my height the top folds under nicely at my waist like a typical sweatshirt. There is elastic at the bottom but it is loose enough to pull flat over my rear end which I like to add an extra layer of heat production.HEAT: Ok so when you firts put the suit on its a little cool. Pulls on like sweats. YOU WILL SWEAT! Thats the point right? As your body warms up the suit will start to cling to your skin. Don't fear this feeling! Soon your temp is elevated (even if you are just cleaning the house, gardening or walking the dog) sweat drips down your back and down your extremities... ENJOY! This warm up may have you regretting this idea but once you get past this initial few minutes you'll find yourself LOVING the effect, feeling your tired, achey " stiff joints/muscles loosen and you'll crave MORE sweating!Care: So the wash instructions are a little daunting but I just rinse the suit in the shower immediately after use, then after my shower I hand wash it with regular laundry detergent and hang dry. Its ready to use again next day. Done.The suit has excited me to HOURS longer of walking and working out! I feel refreshed and energetic after!Sweating like this (also dry and wet sauna sweating) is so good for your body, circulation and weight loss regimen.Get the suit! Pay the price! Get results!

I would normally buy a XL but based upon other comments I got the XXL. It fits but it is still a little snug. I like my clothes a little loose, but I can manage with this. but definitely consider buying a size up.

Disappointing, I paid £49.91 to receive a simple t-shirt.

Excelente producto, llego un día antes del establecido, al hacer ejercicio, en verdad se suda, me encantó porque parece un pants y si salgo a correr puedo llevarlo puesto y no se nota que no es pants. Muy recomendable

This is a great suit. Doesn’t make noise and size is pretty true. I’m usually a medium/L and I ordered a L and it fit well. I Proly could have ordered a med. only thing I hate about this suit is the hand washing and hang to dry. I can’t use the suit again for 2 days. But I ordered a second suit so now it works perfectly !

I loved it.. my size is perfect i got..i watched the size cart and fits perfect. It makes you sweat really.. just u will have feeling of cold and sticky thing rest all good .. i will consider to buy more later may be.
