Works great

I have used this and it works very well but can be bought in Hawaii for $1.19 where prices are high. This is the best one I have found, avoid the gel type due to lack of adhesion. I would give it a 5 star for effectiveness and 1 star for price, call it a 3 star.

Great for keeping the joints 'warmed up' too!
