The skirt have smoked elastic waist which can stretch from 24 to 36 Inches comfortably.The width of the smoked portion is 7 Inches The skirt is 37 Inches length and will come till ankle.The model shown in the picture is 5'6" tall and the skirt is right upto her ankle. Full flare of Skirt at bottom is 94 Inch.So the diameter is 47 Inch.

better than expected
I like this skirt a lot. It has a little underskirt liner of a coordinating solid color, and it fits comfortably. The length is good for me (5'2"), and the wide elastic waist allows me to slightly raise or lower it if I want it longer or shorter for various shoes. I like the colors and because it's a crinkly fabric, there's no ironing, the wrinkles all blend in.

Loved the skirt. Bought two, and then ordered a third one after receiving the first two. As described, including 100% cotton.

Pretty and snug
A bit tight on the top elastic part but sure it will stretch out a bit with wear. Love the color and design!
