Don't bother
The media could not be loaded. I weight 165. This could not support my weight no matter how tightly I fastened it. Don't bother unless you're like a small 13 year old. Horrible product. Incredibly disappointed. The product broke and now the sides are stuck to my wall with the bar detached. Don't know how this happened but I'm sure this has caused a couple of hundred dollars on damage. Don't bother with this piece of junk. I attached a video where you can see just how cemented they are.

Beware that it might damage your doorway
Good until you try to move it...So to be fair, it's pretty sturdy when I used it, but when I tried to move the bar to do front dips instead of pull ups, I saw how either side of the bar stuck to the doorway and literally peeld off a layer from the wall... Not recommended.

FAMILY FREINDLY EXCERSIZE BAR
This bar is such an AWESOME invention! Since my husband and I are both into muscle strengthening, we were never quite sure where to put our old exercise bar, when we installed it high on the door-frame for pull ups, it was either too high and uncomfortable for me or too low for my husband’s big build.Having 2 bars wasn’t an option because the only doors in my rental apartment with doorframes are the bedroom doors and it was bad enough that 1 door couldn’t close properly, we didn’t want 2 open doors.With this bar, we can both use it at whichever height is comfortable and remove it and close the door properly. Best of all my 9-year-old son realized that working out is cool and now he, too, can share the same bar at his own height.

Great Product - Only install at TOP of doorframe
This product is genius. It twists in place to be tight, then when you load it with weight it makes it even tighter. It's important that you orient this in the doorway in such a way that the twisting of the bar that might happen while you're using it is in the direction of tightening it. You don't want to be using it when be slowing loosening it in the doorway. We had to return this product only because my 7 year old wanted to use it, but was too short to safely use it when it was installed at the top of the door frame (where it's intended to be installed). we tried to install it about 5 feet off the ground. However, there was enough bow/flex in the door frame that, even with the design of the bar, the bar wouldn't hold and it would fall. Luckily the 7 year old was only frustrated, and not hurt, when this happened. With the bar installed at the top of the door frame, the frame won't bow / flex and you should be good-to-go. Enjoy

GREAT SUPPORT PULL UP BAR
I like to do all kinds of muscle training for a hobby but the issue was always where to place my exercise bar. The only door avail in my home is the kitchen door because the other doors are not wide enough, which made it really annoying since I needed to remove it anytime I had people visiting my house, because it sort of blocked the full height of the doorway.Then I found this new no screws pull up bar, which is being attached to my kitchen door without a screw and makes no holes in the wall or doorway, and it can be taken off in a few seconds without leaving any mark or damage. I have used it for a while already and I feel like I got my doorway back....Its a great product. Definitely go for it!

Amazing bar!
this bar is so simple to put on the door and adjust at different heights for different exercises. Best of all- it does not leave a mark so I wouldn't mind using it at any doorway. Just make sure to follow the instructions

EXERCISE TRAINER RECOMMENDED
The media could not be loaded. In my practice as a fitness trainer, I’ve seen and tried many great exercise bars. But this one from Handz takes the cake! A dream come true.Now I can have one bar that works for everyone. I put it at different positions for each client’s specific height and exercise. Within a half hour session, I can easily move it countless times as needed.Best of all, I can take it along with me when I do house calls: It’s portable, I don’t need to drill holes in anyone’s wall, and it leaves no marks. A win-win! Some things you might not know:Pull ups is an all-around exercise. It hits 6 different muscle groups (6 pack) and improves posture.Push ups are fast and effective for building strength-especially upper body.Abdominal crunches tone the core muscles of the body (lower back and obliques) improving posture and improving flexibility.Similarly, sit ups strengthen and tone abdominal muscles, improve posture and can relieve back pain. It also helps lose tummy fat.For best results, speak to a professional regarding training every day versus having on and off days. Happy exercising!

Damaged walls, and horrible grip- not recommended
Oof, like everyone was looking for a way to get some fitness in during quarantine. But I wouldn’t recommend this item. Tried it in several wall locations before finding one that was secure. And it did feel secure. The grips were much too large and squishy for my hands- I cut them off and taped the bar and that improved it somewhat. But today I removed the bar because I’m moving, and it took a significant chunk out of the walls on both sides :/ (see picture). Not worth it!
