After a year and a half of cloth diapering, few tools have been as indispensable as the diaper sprayer attached to the toilet. It uses the same water line as the toilet. The Bummate Hand Held Bidet & Cloth Diaper Sprayer has nice white look and it's easy to clean. More importantly, it's easy to operate with one hand! It also comes with a mounting bracket to rest the sprayer in when it's not in use. One of the unanticipated benefits of this sprayer is that cleaning the toilet is so much easier (and if you're cloth diapering, your toilet gets messy a lot more often!).The only issue I had with this product is that it does not include all the hardware necessary to install it. In order to add this to a toilet, you will need to buy a separate 3-way t-connector like this:  Luxe Metal T-adapter with Shut-off Valve, 3-way Tee Connector, Chrome Finish, for Luxe Neo Bidets . Simply install the t-connector to the water source, then put the old line to the toilet on one of the outputs and the diaper sprayer on the other one.I received a discount in exchange for my honest review of this item.

The material that the hose is made out of is not strong enough to withhold the pressure and temperature of the water. I used it a few times before the hose broke open near the top connecting end, rendering it unusable. Needless to say, water then sprayed all over the bathroom. Would not recommend this item. I went to my local hardware store and bought a metal hose for around the same price and it works much better.

I purchased this item for a friend who works in home health to assist her with her patient. She said it has made a world of difference and has made cleanup easier and less embarrassing for her and the patient as well. You will have to purchase the hardware needed to install, but it works like a charm once installed. It has a nice size handle that is easy to grip and is simple to use and control, and was really easy to install once we purchased the hardware that was needed. Overall it has been a great product for a fantastic price. The seller is very courteous and quick to respond to any concerns you may have and seems more than happy to work with you. I received this item at a discount for my honest review.

Very low quality;- the tube started dilating from the first hours after connection to water pipe, and torn apart after just one week of use.- the 3 way connector doesn't match standard american tube size. Need a separate connector.

12-31-15 Update: Seller was apologetic and good to work with. They sent a new sprayer and it included the diverter valve. The sprayer head no longer leaks.....but I had to use some extra rubber washers because the male threaded end of sprayer wasn't long enough to make good seal in the hose female end. The diverter valve isn't ideal, as it doesn't fully shut off water in one direction.....but at least it doesn't leak when everything is connected. Due to the concerns I have over the quality/reliability of the diverter valve, I will probably not use it....instead I will just hook up sprayer hose directly to faucet when I need to use it. I am only occasionally using it in the laundry tub, so that isn't too big a deal for my application. For the price, I guess this product is acceptable.-----------------------------DO NOT BUY! Didn't come with shut off valve (3-way diverter valve) mentioned in product description. Used thread seal tape and washers and it still leaked terribly. The sprayer head handle/valve didn't work, as it constantly leaked water....even at relatively low pressure. Horrible product and you don't get all the parts promised/described.

After work returned home to find my house in a hurrified condition water was coming down from the ceiling, all Sheetrock of ceiling crashed down as a result of water damage caused by the failure of this product tenths of thousands worth of damages caused to my house, the infiorior quality of this product is a direct cause of my disastrous situation right now. This product should have never been sold in first place.

Works greats. Easy to set up. I don't know why understand why some reviews say you need to purchase t-connector separately. All hardware is included in the package

Can't get it to stop leaking. It can't handle our house pressure very well. I was also surprised to see it come with a plastic valve. I have just ordered a new more expensive model.
