**Q: Can the sprayer part be fixed so that it's not hanging down?**
A: Er, no! The coil support is quick stiff so mounting it any other way than sprayer down would be a real problem!

**Q: Have a problem getting the right size of box spanner to tighten the tap. Do you know what size and type I need?**
A: Monobloc tap fixings are normally 11 or 13mm (I can’t remember which size this is now). I used a set of box spanners which I bought in Screwfix and they did the job. Hope this helps. 
Just a word of warning: this tap is complete garbage, only lasting 3 months before it failed… So keep all the box and bits etc… ready to send it back. Regards, Damian

So when you turn on the tap ,but you can press the button on the shower head to pause water.Picture 7 is for your reference.

Despite some negative reviews, I purchased this tap and am pleased with my decision. After using it for a few months, it has proven reliable. I appreciate the pull-out feature and the availability of two spray options. One spray option provides a bubbly flow, while the other offers high pressure. Operating it is as simple as any regular tap, and the lightweight tap head adds to the convenience. Additionally, its beautiful vintage gold colour complements our kitchen theme. While it's currently in good condition, I acknowledge the possibility of changes in the future, such as potential rust or other issues with the pull-out feature.
