Q: Is this 24 volt compatable or not?

Q: Does this include a power cable? it appears to be missing from the pictures. if not, what product will i need to operate this? & can it pump 5 feet?

It has wire attached, but no plug. It's not 120v, so I scavenged an old ac/dc power plug, like those used for old cell phone chargers. Wire nutted and go. It will pump 5 feet no problem, but the pump does not have 5' of pump head (five foot rise)

Q: Can I use a potentiometer to control the water flow or is there one built into the pump?

Not built on pump but control power would change speed little
