Muscle AliveMen Running Shorts with Pockets Athletic Clothing French Terry Cotton with 3 or 5 Inch

It is hard for me, as a short guy (5'2") to find shorts that actually look short on me, but these have done it! Most are at or below my knee, but these fit around mid-thigh on me. The material is very comfortable and breathable. It is cotton, not polyester like most gym shorts, so it feels more like a t-shirt. I like them for squat day, since I don't have to tug them up to get my knee sleeves on, now that I have SBD brand knee sleeves that are much longer than my Nordic Lifting knee sleeves. I got a size medium and I have a 30 inch waist. I do not think they shrank much in the drier, but they did just a bit. Not enough to warrant going a size up. These do not run small. I like that they have pockets, too, so I can slide my phone and keys into my pockets to have readily available when I gather up my gym bag to leave. Very convenient and comfy, I like these a lot! Would recommend to any of my fellow powerlifters looking to show off their quads!

I go to the gym on a regular basis. Sometimes I work out with weights, sometimes I pass the miles on a treadmill. Good quality gym clothes are a must as they will be worn and washed on a regular basis.I had been looking for new gym shorts for a while. The shorts I had been looking at in my local sports stores had me quietly despairing. I’m not very tall. I can manage 5’7” on a good day and most shorts were clearly intended for people who are at least a foot tall. I finally turned to Amazon to see what was offered. Hurrah, shorts for short people.These are black with a 5” inseam (so they don’t reach to my knees or below) made from a mixture of cotton and spandex. They are slightly stretchy and come with pockets and a draw-string. Since I’m not only short but also mildly rotund I bought an XL pair. They fit my waist really well but I really don’t believe they’d fit a waist larger that 38” very well at all. These wash and dry well. I use the cold cycle and just hang them up to dry. They are not lined.All in all these fit well, are well made and easy to clean. The blue is very dark and is hard to distinguish from the black color.I liked them so much I bought two more pairs.

Soft cotton however a little heavier than expected, would be nicer without pockets as they are small and end up as a clump on the side or hanging out, otherwise a comfortable fit, also possibly cut on the smaller size. Material quality and product manufacturing are good.

Personally I love these shorts, they fit well and are extremely soft and breathable. I see that a few people don't like the line going down there crotch, which is understandable, but I bought them in dark blue so it isn't a problem with that color for me.Now if you were wearing a bright color I could see that looking awkward for a guy like you have a camel toe haha. In regards to it being a problem with comfort, I don't see the problem and I like to think I have an above average package size. I'm no horse by any means, but they are comfortable for me and show off my quads well.

What's not to like about these shorts. So tired of the shorts to the knees. I picked these up last week after reading the reviews thought I'd give them a shot. SURPRISE! Fantastic fit. I'm 6', #215, with a 33" waist I bought the mediums. Thought I'd show all three sides as to fit, and length. These are 5" inseam I use these on Cardio days, saw a few complaints about the front seam. I go Commando and find no issues with it also the waist band is nice and wide. I use another short found on Amazon the 3" inseam Muscle Alive shorts for leg and chest days. I'm buying more of these this week. I just purchased these in the 3" inseam and I love them. Like I said before I go commando at the gym with these and they really accent some positives. They comfortably separate my junk to my left side, along with that, the inseam rides perfectly up the middle of my Glutes with a definition other shorts are lacking. While on leg days with the incline leg press, they are up and away from my legs providing unencumbered movement. On the reverse leg press, lets just say they show my efforts in the gym.

Too Small...

I love the fabric, great quality, light but not too thin. Been looking for a short that comfortable to wear at the gym in a hot summer day! 3" short and its perfect!

I bought these shorts because of the low waist and ability to choose inseam. I am short and these are great to wear around the house. I can go outside without the crotch hanging to my knees. The shorts are very comfortable in addition to fit. They are of a good quality. There are several colors. Buy early since the selection is reduced quickly. I have purchased eleven pairs and only received one pair that had a problem. A pocket was not completely stitched and the resulting hole had to be repaired. I suspect they had been returned before since there was already a knot in the drawstring. The cost to return was prohibitive. That didn't stop me from buying several more pairs from various sellers. The workout shorts are perfect for my use and would be great for workouts.

They are really comfortable, i’m a truck driver and i wear them all day long while driving.

I am a size 32 so I ordered their medium size and it fits perfectly. The material and stitching are all excellent and it is overall a really great product. I just use them as something comfy to wear around the house, which does the job. I definitely recommend buying these!

Love these shorts for working out, they have the right amount of stretch, moisture wicking is just right. Would and will buy again.

Love the length, but wish there was more space near the jewels. Would buy again but better be comfortable showing off your bulge.
