Review: The absolute best bone broth - I love the kettle & Fire bone broth. I’ve had a subscription for over a year now and I’ve never been disappointed. I’m constantly looking to increase my protein intake, but I don’t always have time to cook something healthy. I’ve tried every bone broth power on the market and I can barely choke them down, but I love these! I drink two of these for lunch daily (I drink them straight, I don’t heat them up or add anything) and that’s 38g of protein. I’ve used them for soups and stir fry, but my go to is the convenience of just drinking them for lunch. I feel full, I don’t get cravings and they are seasoned enough that I really don’t need to add anything in order to drink it. It’s also great if you have a football player or wrestler that is trying to “make weight”. The can cut calories without sacrificing nutrients and feeling hungry.

A: There is no yeast extract. The complete list of ingredients is as follows: Filtered water, Grass-Fed Beef Bones, Organic Onions, Organic Carrots, Organic Celery, Organic Parsley, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Black Peppercorn, Bay, Thyme, Rosemary Extract.

**Q: How can this be low-fodmap if it contains garlic and mushrooms?**
A: That's a great question! I am Alex with Kettle & Fire Happiness. I will be happy to answer it for you :-)

Our bone broth is cooked with a small amount of onion and other vegetables and spices. Once it is finished cooking, everything is strained out, we package the broth. We actually use an extremely small amount of onion, personally what I would consider to be trace amounts lol. When I found out the amount and was surprised by how little it is. We have been seeing excellent results from people using our bone broth to treat IBS and other digestive issues so it has not enough to cause adverse side effects in our customers!

A: Yes, all bones are from cattle that have been pasture-raised and are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. All are raised organically.

A: Not all all. There is no added sugar or artificial ingredient of any kind.
