Horses LOVE It !
I am a fan of this type of salt so was glad to find it at an affordable price on Amazon. In the past I have only seen it in very small round lumps on a string. My horses immediately enjoyed it and I will continue to buy from the same Seller. It arrived undamaged and snugly packaged in plastic. Thank You for making it available. They are happy horses !

Attracts deer quite well
I bought this for my brother who lives in rural Colorado and was lamenting his last lick was licked into oblivion.Aside from him not recognizing it was a gift from me, the deer seem to like it just fineAnyone need to shoot Bambi? This salt lick can help. Brother Paul shoots with Nikon but I prefer Canon myself

My horse is not a fan.
My horse doesn’t love it as much as the raw, uncompressed Himalayan rock salt. He only begrudgingly licks it because he knows there’s no other salt to lick. Really wish I could get the raw chunks in 22 to 50lbs. My horse goes through the 3lb raw chunks that you hang within 2weeks. Need the good stuff in bigger sizes.

Not So Great
I put this in the paddock with two of my horses and they don't seem interested in it. My gelding was interested in it the first day as he is with all new things, the mare was not interested at all, I've not seen either one of them touch it since and it's not getting any smaller so they can't be licking it. I may try it with one of the other mares but this is not anything I would buy again.

Horses don't seem interested in it
I don't think this has been touched since I put it out a month or two ago. Kind of a bummer because I have one horse will lick literally anything--walls, other horses, windows... but, he won't lick this.

good value, horses like it
use in stalls tie to wall with a rope. product will chip if dropped or while in shipping. Not a big problem though. Like that is does not have a rough surface so horses tend to lick it more often.

I had a horrible experience with this mineral lick
I placed this mineral lick on a deer trail with a trail camera viewing it. Two smaller bucks smelled it and went away. A very large buck bolted never to be seen again when he smelled it. A coyote sniffed it and was alarmed and sort of treated it like a snake, nipping at it. He didn't know to run or bite it. He finally decided to run.
