It works not the greatest but I need it for stroke recovery so I don’t dislocate my shoulder

A bit hard to adjust so that it was properly supportive and comfortable. Also...... geeze they charge a lot of money for these asistive devices. Having said that though, this was the best price online. It does the job.

I am not one for reviews. It is all it is said to be. I, the P.T.s, and the patient and caregivers are very pleased. It enabled patient to walk again, easier and safer. No falls.

allows arm to swing free which is great, but the hand handle can be painful if you haveeven a small amount of contracture in your hands or wrist

This is really helping my son, who had his arm re-attached. The GivMohr takes some of the weight off his shoulder and allows him to have more controls when he runs. Thankful for this product!

I purchased this sling for my mother who had a stroke and is paralyzed. The sling did not fit so I returned it only to receive half of my money back. When I inquired about a full refund I was told that since it was removed from the original packaging and tried on, I was not entitled to a full refund. If you buy this sling...BEWARE! You will be NOT be able to return for a full refund IF YOU TRY IT ON!

If this sling had a buckle to detach and reattach we would actually use it more. My wife has a subluxed shoulder and to maneuver her shoulder into the sling is too painful for her. If it had a snap type buckle it would be infinitely better. And yes the initial fitting was done by a physical therapist.It does do what it is supposed to do and does it well.
