Bought this for a party but returned after seeing how insignificant they looked in real. Not to mention, it seemed overpriced for what its worth.

Is it for a party of 8 or 16?
My error, but I should have read the quantities more carefully. Some things come w/ only 8, others are 16. It doesn't make any sense.
