Review: Very sturdy construction - Purchased this to hang a hitch-mounted Bike rack on garage wall when not in use. This receiver is built far in excess of the probable requirements of that use but I'm sure will perform admirably for many years. The receiver does not come with fasteners so, when you are selecting your fasteners, make sure to consider screw head dampener relative to the hole opening--you may want to consider getting fender washers (or similar) so your screws (lag screws, tapcons, etc) don't screw all the way through the receiver holes. Review: Perfect and solid. - Perfect and strong. I sold my Polaris so I needed something to bring my trash cans to my frontage road. And move trailers around the yard. This worked perfect. ## Features - Fit standard 4-hole pintle hook pattern (bolts&screws not inclue), bolt this tube weldment to the hitch plate using four 1/2" grade 8 bolts, lock washers and nuts - 20,000 lbs max gross trailer weight, 2,000 lbs max vertical tongue load, use 5/8 inch pin - The receiver accepts accessories for 2" x 2" receiver tube opening - Finished in black power coating provide durable and strong conditions, resist dust and corrosion, adds extra durability, can be used with an anti-rattle kit - Heavy duty steel via robotically welded for superior strength provide excellent mounting facility, high quality hardware fittings, all make this adjustable trailer hitch more durable ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B081RZJDW5 | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,111,044 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #2,509 in Towing Hitch Receivers | | Brand | HITOWMFG | | Brand Name | HITOWMFG | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 276 Reviews | | Finish Type | Powder Coated | | Item Weight | 3.07 kg | | Manufacturer | HITOWMFG | | Manufacturer Part Number | HT314 | | Material | Alloy Steel | | Material Type | Alloy Steel | | Model Number | HT314 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Pull Force | 20000 pounds | | UPC | 757915157793 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** HITOWMFG - **Finish Type:** Powder Coated - **Item Weight:** 3.07 Kilograms - **Material:** Alloy Steel - **Pull Force:** 20000 Pounds ## Images ![2" Bolt-On Receiver Opening Hitch Tube - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61hj8ZP7KNL.jpg) ![2" Bolt-On Receiver Opening Hitch Tube - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71SBst-hejL.jpg) ![2" Bolt-On Receiver Opening Hitch Tube - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71GqkJV-zLL.jpg) ![2" Bolt-On Receiver Opening Hitch Tube - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mMcTNyLSL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What are the dimensions of the base plate?** A: The mounting holes are 3.5" center to center, vertically or horizontally, and will allow what appears to be 1/2" bolt. **Q: What is the depth of the unit from the base plate all the way to the end of the receiver?** A: Approximately 6 1/4" from back of base to end of reciever **Q: what are the dimensions of the base plate?** A: The Base plate is 5" x 6" **Q: Is this compatible with a Toyota Lancruiser to replace Pintle hook?** A: No I don’t think that would work ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very sturdy construction *by C***Y on June 28, 2024* Purchased this to hang a hitch-mounted Bike rack on garage wall when not in use.
