The right earpiece broke off, but I was able to glue it back on without losing any functionality... until my dog bit it off completely. The little green logo fell off the left one, and the casing fell apart. It looked like the end of the movie Terminator, with wires hanging out, but I was able to snap it back in place and the thing still works! I don't use both ears anyway since I listen while riding a bike.I got these after I tried several other wireless sets that would drop bluetooth if my body was in the way of the signal. I keep my phone in my bike saddle bag, so my body is mostly always in the way. These do occasionally drop, but much less than other devices.I am amused by the messages, which use a native English speaker recording (like Siri) but the text is weird. For example, when my phone connects, it says "the connected". Less fun is the response to long pressing the command button, which enables Siri, but only after the cumbersome "Open your mobile phone voice control function". My favorite is "Phone is hang up."*Audio quality*: I should note, I use it for spoken word listening, such as audiobooks and podcasts. I think the sound quality is good for music, but just can't vouch for it.*Microphone*: Fair. In a quiet setting it is hit or miss, and useless when outdoors in any wind. If it were better I would give it 5 stars. For the price, I wasn't expecting NASA technology, but I'd like a dollar for the number of times I have had to repeat myself to SIRI ("Call Home!" "Call HOME"! ... response "I don't understand "all")*Sturdiness*: Great - as noted above. Cords don't tangle, no wire shorts after months of use (see photo).*Connectivity*: It works great with an Iphone and I am able to connect to a second device (laptop) fairly easily. Occasionally phone connection only half-connects, so it can receive calls but won't play media. In that case, I just open the phone bluetooth settings and tap the QY7 device where it says "connected" and the media then connects too.

Although I own a pair of Beats headphones I wanted something much more lightweight and easier to wear during working out and throughout the day.The sound quality really surprised me, much better than what I expected. The mid-to-highs were very clear and crisp and the bass was perfect and held up even listening to rap.Battery life is good, I was able to use them straight for about 3 1/2 hours before I started to get a low battery warning. If you've used Bluetooth headphones before you know this is pretty good and slightly better-than-average.I only have two complaints.One is the color I didn't realize just how strong the green really is and stands out butt I don't remember if any other options were available when I was ordering them. This of course has nothing quality of the headphones just a preference.Second is that the little tab protecting the charging port is very very difficult to pull off when you want to charge these headphones. In a way that's very good as far as protection is concerned but really annoying when you need to charge them. I had to use the corner of my credit card several times just to pull them up enough to then grab with my fingernails and uncover the charging port.The only thing that's gone wrong with these headphones is that the protective cover over the charging port finally came off as it's only held in place by a very thin strand of plastic.That's a bummer as now when I charge it I have to remember where I placed the little protective cover so that I don't forever lose it.I'm sure it being so good at protecting the charging port and me having to fiddle with it every time I want to charge the headphones might have contributed to maybe accidentally pulling too hard,who knows.They fit in my ear perfectly and the tabs that are attached to the earbuds can be removed if you don't want them. As small and flexible as they are they do a good job keeping the buds nicely held in place even during working out.I am still giving these headphones 5 stars because for the price and the exceptional sound quality which is what we all want anyways they're a great buy.

I'm going to list the pros and cons here, and my video goes more into depth.Pros:- Fits very well into ears- Design is very simplistic- Buttons are sturdy- Easy to connect- Sounds great!- Cord is long enough to fit behind head but is short enough to not get tangled and be annoyingCons"- The rubber piece covering the charging port is hard to open- The forward and back work on phones and tablets but not computer (I don't mind but some people may)The cons are not too bad, and the pros of these headphones are excellent!

I was very skeptical about wireless headphones, but these have proved me wrong not only are they cheap but the quality is amazing the charge time is great. I have yet to run into any problems with it. If you wanna take a chance on what having wireless headphones is like this is a good start. Highly recommended.

My first experience with wireless Bluetooth Earbuds, and I'm quite pleased! They are very attractive and light and they provide the stero sound I desire in my earbuds, speakers, and headphones.Update: I originally gave these earbuds a five, however after only five (5) months of usage they are useless! I cannot get them to work on any of my devices: iPhone 5s, or iPad! I am very disappointed. After a complete charge, I get this message: Connection unsuccessful, make sure QY7 is turned on and in range. I've complied with instructions, to no avail!

great earbuds for the price. bluetooth works perfectly. easy to connect. I don't know if the sound is great or not great. I didn't buy them for great stereo sound. they work...sound seems just fine. they are to drown out the sound of the terrible music they play at the gym so... they serve their purpose.
