Engraving Pen - Perfect Engraver Tool for Engraving Wood, Metal, Glass, Plates, Tools, Art, Engraved Gifts, and Much More

Disappointed, bought two of these, one last year in October and one in February this year. They worked pretty well most of the time for our needs but now one has already malfunctioned. Got real hot and now won't even come on. We remove the batteries every time we are not using this to prevent accidents such as it accidentally running when the button gets jostled (we travel with it) and we replace batteries when gets weak but still malfunctioned. Honestly I don't know if this is the newer one we purchased or the older one though I suspect the older. Even so less than 5 months isn't very good even if its relatively cheap. Will try another brand for now.

Bought this just to do some arts and crafts projects with my kids, and it does the job. We've just used it on some key chains so far, and had no issues. I would definitely practice on something else before using it on your final project, as it does take a few tries to get the hang of writing with it. I wold recommend, we've have success with it.

It has such a small learning curve! It is legitimately was just like writing with a pen. I was engraving on oak wood like it was nothing. Did it's job with flying colors! However, it killed the batteries VERY quickly. After 20 minutes of medium use, I had to replace the batteries which was kind of frustrating. Definitely not a deterrent to the overall use of the product however

This might engrave wood and plastic but it does not work well on ferrous metal. It does not have enough power.

A cool little gizmo, I think if I were getting seriously into engraving I would go for something else, but I really like it for my random hobby uses

I use this on glass to etch my signature and date on finished works. Does a good job for me.

Its very easy to use and affordable :)

works well although would be easier to use if on button didn't have to be held,,but otherwise good price
