Rival 3

I recently picked up the SteelSeries Rival 3 gaming mouse, and it’s been a solid addition to my setup. The 8,500 CPI TrueMove Core optical sensor is super responsive, and I can definitely feel the difference in precision during fast-paced games. The split-trigger buttons are also a nice touch, making it feel more responsive and comfortable when I’m clicking rapidly. The mouse itself feels really light and comfortable in hand, even during longer gaming sessions. The shape is ergonomic, so it doesn’t strain my hand, which is a big plus. I also like that it has 6 programmable buttons, giving me plenty of options for customization without feeling too cluttered. The black design looks sleek, and it has a minimal yet modern vibe. It doesn’t have any unnecessary flashiness, just a clean look that works well with any setup. Overall, this is a great mouse for gamers who want solid performance without spending a ton. If you’re looking for a reliable, responsive mouse with customizable features, the Rival 3 is definitely worth checking out!

The product is very good for its price and I would reccomend it very much. The quality of the mouse itself is very good and durable. It isnt that heavy so its good for fps games. The size is a about an average mouse or an office mouse i could say and it fit nicely in your hand. The buttons have a nice click to them and feel like the will last a while. It doesnt have battery.

I have always raved about the Steelseries Sensei shape and the Zowie S2 shape along with their performances. So I thought for the entry price I would try the Rival 3. First off the shape is fantastic! I usually main the Zowie S2 and the Rival 3 is EXTREMELY close but with a few advantages, first the sides curve under more allowing for a better pick up grip (which is important on this mouse), and there is a rougher texture than the S2 and finally the weight is less than that of the S2. So using this was very easy coming from the S2. Not everything is all rainbows and unicorns though. The reason it's super important that this mouse is easy to pick up is due to the high lift of distance (LOD) of the sensor, compared to all my other mice (apart from the Viper mini, which is the same as this) this has the highest LOD of them all. I didn't find it hampered my gaming performance. However, I couldn't use it whilst using my PC for work. Also the side buttons, whilst being in a great place are very bad. The front side button especially has an incredible amount of pre travel to the point where the button is flush with the side when it activates, this can make it quite tricky to hit it in the heat of battle. The software is the usual great and solid performer I expect from Steelseries and this hasn't changed over the years of using it, but with that said, you don't have to use it after you have set the mouse up, if you don't want. Overall it's a great mouse for the cost, if you can overlook some of the quirks and pitfalls (but it's £35!) then I would buy it!

This is a really good mouse! It’s just the right weight. Not too light or too heavy. Moves smoothly over the mouse mat. The RGB effects look nice and are easily programmable using the steel series app.

The SteelSeries Rival 3 is a great mouse that is not only affordable but comfortable and ergonomic. It has a stylish RGB light around the base and a RGB logo in the top that is subtle but aesthetically pleasing at the same time. You get two programmable buttons on the left hand side that default to back/forward but can be reprogrammed using the SteelSeries software which is also very well laid out and easy to use. Overall this is a great mouse for the price and I would highly recommend it.

Great for the price as long as your not one of those that have to have a $200 keyboard, mouse or joystick.....perfectly adequate for playing games and comfortable too. Be nice if it had some weights you could add so you could find the exact balance you'd like.

Bought the SteelSeries Rival 3 thinking it would improve my aim in CS2. It didn’t. Turns out the mouse can’t fix my reflexes or decision-making under pressure. But wow, does it make my failures feel crisply executed. This thing glides smoother than my excuses after whiffing an AWP shot. The clicks are satisfyingly sharp, like a tactical slap to the ego every time I miss a headshot. And the RGB lighting? It glows with the judgment of a thousand disappointed teammates. It’s lightweight, responsive, and somehow survived a full week of competitive matches without being yeeted across the room. That’s build quality. If you’re looking for a mouse that says “I’m serious about gaming, but also emotionally unstable,” this is the one.

It arrived SO quick! For £19.99 this mouse is great. I don't really care that it's much lighter to what i'm used to (i use a Logitech G502 wired) and i am so used to the weight of that mouse that i'm inclined to say i dislike how lightweight this RIVAL 3 is, (or hey, you might be different from me and you might dig that!) but maybe I'm just so used to the G502 i forgot what a normal mouse feels like lol. Take from that what you will. But honestly since I'm using this one for my 2nd setup I'm not too fussed about the intricacies. All in all - I DEFINITELY recommend this if you're just starting off and want something affordable but you don't want to go for some random brand off Amazon. You can TRUST Steelseries. Can never go wrong with this brand!

Bon rapport qualité prix Apres 1 an d'utilisation elle marche toujours aussi bien elle est précise et légère. Cette marque fait des très bon produits durables dans le temp pour une utilisation intensive les boutons marchent toujours aussi bien par rapport a d'autres marques plus chères que au bout d'1 an ou 2 le bouton du clic ne marche plus.

Its been a bit over a month now and the mouse is great, better than any wireless counterpart at this price range.

An amazing mouse that i really used well

J'ai acheté une Rival 3 au printemps 2015 et j'ai été directement satisfait : précise et légère impeccable pour les FPS (joueur régulier notamment de CS2) au bout d'environ 4,5 ans elle à fini par être trop usée et j'en ai racheté une en début 2020 (usure des parties en gomme et salissure profonde accumulée due à l'utilisation quasi quotidienne ( env. 1-2h par jours selon les périodes). Cette 2ième a également subit l'usure du temps et la en automne 2024 j'ai racheté à nouveau ce modèle de RIVAL 3 qui a d'ailleurs évolué : encore un peu plus légère, précise et élégante (lumière RGB) et plus de partie en gomme (peut être que cela sera mieux sur la durée d'ailleurs). En tant que joueur régulier (mais pas du tout professionnel) je trouve cela tout à fait raisonnable de renouveler ce périphérique tous les 4,5 ans environ et la qualité y est à chaque fois. Je recommande ce produit ✓
